Wilds is a veteran leader specializing in data, analytics, innovation, business transformation, and decision science.  At Jupiter, Wilds specializes in strategic direction and delivery excellence. He is passionate about positive business outcomes from the use of deep analytics and machine learning technologies and the science of executive decisions.

Wilds spent 5 years as the leader the KPMG Data and AI team (Lighthouse) addressing the Financial Services industry. Wilds also worked on the KPMG global D&A strategy team coordinating global priorities for startup capability in D&A all over the world.  He was the primary communicator of this strategy to analysts and media. Wilds designed, developed, and established the Insights Center in NYC, a dedicated visualization-based facility for communication of complex data, business process, and algorithm review. 

Previously Wilds led the Deloitte Analytics team for Southeast Asia out of Singapore for 5 years, where he worked with the global foundation of the Deloitte Analytics organization including definition, establishment, hiring, training, and branding the global analytics organization. 

Wilds’ work involves the transformation of a business through the capture of critical business data, and the generation of understanding from these data using advanced algorithms coupled with superior visualization techniques. Furthermore, the development of automation technologies to capitalize on these insights, and applications of machine and artificial intelligence. As an independent IT contractor and Technology Consultant for most of his career, Rob has a mission to align Business and IT strategies to promote IT to a true Business partner. With a depth of experience with in/outsourced and hybrid managed services operating models, Kevin knows the inside and outside of operating these models efficiently and effectively. 

This experience also includes deep knowledge of waterfall, agile, DevOps and hybrid development life cycles, acknowledging their pros and cons with an eye on continuous process improvement.

Rob honed his skills in IT delivery with nearly 10 years at Accenture, a leading IT consulting firm. During his time with Accenture, he worked on and led transformative IT projects for a US Department of Education with distinction, including a project that scaled the student loan system size by a factor of three in under twelve months.

Based out of Madison, Wisconsin, Rob holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. from Syracuse University in Information Management, alongside an array of professional certifications.

Jonathan is an accomplished Data Center Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience specializing in infrastructure delivery, data center transformations, and mission-critical IT operations.  As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data center management, he has successfully led large-scale migrations, upgrades, and decommissions. While ensuring seamless transitions and optimized performance for global enterprises.

Driven by the unwavering need to marry the technical side of operations while simplifying clients’ use of infrastructure, Jonathan shines creating space for gainful returns playing a pivotal role in designing and maintaining resilient IT environments.

Jonathan has been a worthy resource for time sensitive incident response management, coordination and efficiency, while enhancing service delivery.

Javad is a distinguished executive with over 30 years of experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure for global industry leaders.  Javad specializes in the full lifecycle of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and high-level business strategy.  He is known for his ability to transform ambitious infrastructure visions into high-performance realities while maintaining rigorous standards for operational excellence.

Throughout his extensive career, Javad has successfully steered portfolios exceeding $500M, focusing on hyperscale data centers and complex commercial builds.  His background includes serving as a CEO and founding a national technical consulting firm, providing him with a unique perspective on large-scale project leadership.  He has managed massive 750MW power loads and renewable energy initiatives for marquee clients such as Microsoft, Bank of America, and AT&T across the U.S., EMEA, and Asia.

Based in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, Javad holds Graduate Studies in Business Administration & Management from Graduate School USDA and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering Physics, a combination that fuels his data-driven approach to project management. 

He is a PMP-certified and a 6 Sigma Green Belt Lean Methodologist leader dedicated to continuous improvement.  Outside of his professional life, Javad enjoys staying active within the Los Angeles community and exploring the latest advancements in Construction and sustainable technologies.

With over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, George is a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of success in project leadership, communication, and technical expertise.

With experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and overseeing infrastructure planning, buildouts, relocations, upgrades and system integrations, George has a demonstrated ability to lead successful project outcomes.  Proficient in team development, mentoring, and executive communication, George has a strong aptitude for relationship management and excels in operations and product management.

George has held senior roles at TD Ameritrade, where he directed technology endeavors for the nationwide branch network and led system integration projects after two acquisitions.  His accomplishments also include overseeing a $60MM corporate office buildout in Jersey City, NJ and orchestrating the company's expansion into the Asia market.

George is a refined multilingual communicator fluent in English and Greek.  He effectively interfaces with stakeholders at all levels to understand critical business needs, identify solutions, and aligns goals. 

Based in New York City, George holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BS) in Finance from Pace University, New York, NY.

Prior to joining Jupiter Capital Management, Charles spent twenty-one years in the project management arena standing up Program Management Office (PMO) programs and process improvement projects for many federal, state and corporate clients.

Charles managed the PMO for the Nevada National Security Service (NNSS) where he led all mission critical projects for the joint Department of Defense and Department of Energy programs.   He also managed the Emergency Communication Network (ECN) PMO providing services to FEMA, Military operations and other emergency responders.

Prior to that in 2011 Charles implemented the PMO for the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of Dodd-Frank Act management requirements establishing standardized processes for all OIT departments.

Charles holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Norfolk State University, a Six Sigma Black Belt achieved in 2003, PMP certification in 2006, Agile CSM and CSPO certification in 2012 and ITILv3 certification in 2013.

Syl has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications technology, electronic security systems and network critical physical infrastructure.

Syl has extensive experience in the data center and transportation industries in varied projects in the United States and in Canada.  These various projects included design and construction administration for light rail and for aviation.  Working for Stantec Engineering in Alberta, Syl was responsible for design, construction, testing and commissioning for a light rail extension in Edmonton and later transitioned to oversee data center and facility inspections as well as testing and commissioning for the International Terminal Project at the Calgary International Airport. 

In the United States, Syl played various roles in projects for the United States Army, Air Force and at the Arlington National Cemetery. While working on aviation projects at small and large airports around the country, he also supported various data center projects for entities such as FedEx, Isle of Capri, Busch Memorial Stadium, Mastercard, Express Scripts and Barclays Center.

Based in East-Central Missouri, Syl holds a Bachelor of Science with specialization in Information Systems from Maryville University Saint Louis and has held a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification since 2006. In his free time, Syl enjoys travel and photography.

Gitesh is a senior data center program and infrastructure leader with strong experience delivering mission critical facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has led multi-disciplinary teams across data center design, construction, commissioning, and operations, managing large scale portfolios ranging from $50M to $100M+ while consistently achieving high availability and uptime targets working with companies such as Meta and Exxon Mobil. 

Gitesh brings deep technical expertise across electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, cooling, controls, SCADA, network and fiber infrastructure, and fire safety systems. His background also includes strong experience in supply chain management, product sourcing, consulting, and operations management, supporting hyperscale capacity expansion, fast track retrofits, and energy management programs.  

He has also led renewable energy and sustainability initiatives, aligning infrastructure delivery with efficiency, resiliency, and long term lifecycle performance goals.  Known for blending technical rigor with data driven decision making, he has implemented predictive analytics and Lean/Six Sigma frameworks to improve reliability and reduce defects. 

Gitesh holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School, enabling him to align infrastructure strategy, business strategy, cost, sustainability, and execution in high growth environments.  

Mark is a seasoned technical program manager with 40 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and finance.  He has the unique ability to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and low-level engineering execution.  Orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives, Mark has proven successes in implementing waterfall and hybrid methodologies and optimizing resources. 

Mark excels at bridging gaps between engineering, marketing and executives, delivering solutions that reduce costs and boost ROI.  He is a highly trusted and experienced professional responsible for overseeing complex, sensitive programs often within the defense, intelligence, and government sectors.  He combines advanced program management skills with proven ability to handle highly confidential and classified information, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols.

Doug is a data center project management professional leveraging over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Doug demonstrates expertise in managing data center initiation and development through infrastructure deployment projects, site acquisition, and construction management activities. 

Doug has a proven track record managing all deployment activities, including site acquisition, leasing, due diligence, zoning, construction services, utility coordination, architectural and

engineering services, permitting, and deployment meetings.  Doug is a solid client-facing professional who builds and maintains strong customer relationships through consistent communication and management of customer needs and expectations.

Based near Jackson, Mississippi, Doug has recently been managing the construction of a large data center site for Amazon.   Originally from southern California, Doug holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Western Illinois University.

Zayyana (Zee) is an accomplished construction and program management executive with over 20 years of international experience in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America delivering complex, high-value capital projects across data centers, commercial real estate, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors. 

Zee has demonstrated success in leading large-scale portfolios exceeding $12B, including the delivery of over 600 new-build facilities and more than 2,800 retrofit and expansion projects across North America.  He brings deep expertise in managing the full project lifecycle—from strategy, design, procurement, and preconstruction through execution, commissioning, and closeout—while ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

Zee is a specialist in construction cost management, EPC procurement, and strategic sourcing, with a proven ability to drive measurable value through advanced analytics, data visualization, and process optimization.  He is known for implementing robust RFx strategies, contract negotiations, and value engineering initiatives that consistently deliver cost savings, reduce risk, and improve project outcomes at scale.  He is a highly effective leader and administrator, experienced in building and managing cross-functional teams across diverse geographies and disciplines.  Zee is adept at stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance management, working seamlessly with developers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Aaron is a strategic engineering leader and commissioning authority with 20+ years of hands-on experience across architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural disciplines. He bridges design, construction, quality assurance, and operations to deliver code-compliant, constructible solutions for hyperscale data centers, industrial facilities, and specialized buildings nationwide—balancing performance, cost, and constructability through deep multi-trade expertise.

Known for multi-disciplinary expertise—from medium-voltage electrical systems and HVAC design to building envelope and site infrastructure—Aaron has led cross-functional teams on multiple hyperscale data center campuses, specialty manufacturing facilities, and infrastructure projects. He drives value through root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, process innovations, and lessons-learned integration that reduce schedules, risks, and costs while ensuring reliability and sustainability.

Ian Leveroni is a seasoned leader in real estate development and construction with more than 27 years of experience delivering complex capital projects across a wide range of industries. His portfolio includes projects in technology, life sciences, industrial, office, healthcare, banking, and hospitality sectors.  Ian specializes in development management and owner’s representation, guiding corporate clients through the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale real estate and construction initiatives.

Ian began his career working with major commercial general contractors, where he led the execution of large and technically complex projects in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, commercial office, and science and technology sectors.  Building on this foundation, he later transitioned to the owner’s side of the industry, where he provides strategic development management and project leadership for corporate and institutional clients.

Jay is a seasoned construction and real estate professional with more than 27 years of experience delivering complex projects across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, industrial, and healthcare sectors.  Throughout his career, he has played an integral role on high-performing teams responsible for executing technically demanding developments with precision and efficiency.

Jay is known for his ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. He brings a big-picture perspective to project planning and delivery while remaining deeply engaged in the technical details required to ensure successful outcomes.  His collaborative approach and ability to align stakeholders make him a trusted partner who consistently adds value to project teams.

After more than two decades in commercial construction, Jay transitioned to the owner’s side of commercial real estate, where he leverages his deep construction expertise, technical knowledge, and disciplined planning approach to guide projects from concept through completion.

Jay holds a Master’s degree in Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Construction from the University of Florida and the University of Bombay, respectively.  He is also a LEED Accredited Professional, reflecting his commitment to sustainable development and responsible building practices.

Omar Nafea, MBA, MHA, CHFM, LEED, JCI is a senior mission critical leader and operations executive with over two decades of experience leading hyperscale data center strategy, mission-critical infrastructure, and global capital programs.  He brings a proven track record of aligning digital infrastructure with enterprise growth, delivering resilient, high-performance environments that support cloud platforms, large-scale compute, and next-generation workloads.

At the executive level, Omar operates at the intersection of technology hyperscale mechanical systems, engineering EPC/AEC, and business strategy focused on growth, overseeing the full lifecycle of data center ecosystems—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, and long-term operations.  He has led multi-billion-dollar infrastructure portfolios and directed deployments exceeding 60MW+ capacity to 1.4 GW BESS, including hyperscale builds and high-density environments supporting thousands of servers and enterprise cloud architectures.

With direct oversight of P&L, capital planning, and global vendor ecosystems, he has managed programs ranging from $25 million to over $1.7 billion with General Electric, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.  His leadership extends to M&A due diligence, infrastructure risk assessment, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that data center platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term enterprise strategy.
