Daniel is a hospital pharmacy operations and management expert focused on applying contemporary management techniques to provide pharmacy system analysis, with a particular interest in developing and implementing strategies for successful compliance with budgetary, federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Daniel has thirty-five years of experience at all levels of the industry--from retail pharmacist in a small community hospital, to a System Director of Pharmacy at a large university teaching hospital, to overseeing the management of hundreds of hospital pharmacies nationwide and successfully positioning and advancing the products and services to meet the dynamic challenges of healthcare at a Fortune Top 20 company.
Daniel's strengths include the building and leadership of strong teams, developing best practices for unique business challenges, achieving financial health and future growth success, with an acute knowledge of supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a unique multidisciplinary background in management, financial analysis, leadership, healthcare construction, and business development. Michael has been successful in the large health system matrix, along with extensive experience with physician private practice and ambulatory care delivery. Throughout his career he has excelled at leading teams to improve care and provide the highest quality delivery system for patients.
Michael has achieved superior results in business development, new service initiatives and physician recruitment throughout his career. As CEO he had accountability and responsibility for operations of a 30-bed surgical specialty hospital (physician-owned), 10 regional clinical locations, PT/rehab, imaging, and home health. During his tenure, OSS Health achieved over 22% growth in top line revenue and double digit increases in key volume parameters (surgeries, patient visits, rehabilitation, and ancillary services). Most impressive was the initiation and growth of the OSS Health Direct to Employer value-based program, a bundled payment program which exploded from a start-up in 2018 to a $4 million business unit in 2+ years.

Chris is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive bringing more than 20 years of pharmaceutical operations and business development expertise to Jupiter Capital Management. Drawing from transactional experiences spanning the breadth of life science verticals, Chris' primary coverage and focus spans the medical device, digital health, and life sciences services segments.
Chris has advised dozens of senior management teams on a variety of complex strategic business development & licensing issues, ranging from transaction process considerations to valuation and transaction structure, value proposition communication and buyer/seller analysis, along with the plethora of managerial challenges faced in executing complex corporate transactions.
Chris' focus is servicing pharmaceutical industry clients and leading transformation transactions including, but not limited to, funding/financing efforts, drug development plans, commercialization strategies, asset in-licensing and/or out-licensing, expansion of development pipelines, mergers & acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and leading all partnering and licensing efforts within the pharmaceutical healthcare segment.
Prior to joining Jupiter Capital Management, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Business Development at TFF Pharmaceuticals.

In her role as VP, Biotech, Life Sciences & Pharma, Joanna oversees corporate strategy, business development, resource management, and execution on scopes of work for her specialty areas.
Joanna has consulted for many clients across the pharmaceutical industry on global projects spanning varying therapeutic areas that require knowledge of cross-functional roles.
She has worked in the fields of oncology, virology, rare diseases, cardiovascular, immunology, neurology, and ophthalmology, and has also worked with clients in healthcare on OTC and DTC marketing initiatives.
She was fundamental in starting and growing a US office and managing multiple business units. Her leadership and expertise in corporate strategy & development, portfolio prioritization, operational efficiency and process improvement has helped clients substantially decrease time to market and accelerate the development of successful agents while simultaneously realizing millions in cost savings.
Based in the Bay Area of California, Joanna is PMP certified and holds a B.S. in Nutrition – Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis and a M.S. in Global Marketing Management from Boston University.
Rob King is an accomplished commercial leader with 25-plus years of management experience in both startups and in large, complex enterprises including global brands Merck, Carl Zeiss, Danaher and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Rob currently focuses on commercial enablement strategies for hard tech enterprises serving scientific analytical instrumentation, software, consumables and services for markets such as medical devices, genomics, cellular and molecular imaging (light and electron microscopy), drug discovery, semiconductor manufacturing, materials inspection and spectroscopic analysis.
Evangelizing rigorous KPI metrics gleaned from his expertise in Miller Heiman, Sandler system and the Danaher Business Process (DBS), Rob advises on go-to-market, voice of customer, product launch and obsolescence, sales compensation plan design and commercial performance management.
A former British national, Rob earned his bachelors degree from the University of Sussex in the UK and he completed his postgraduate work in neuroscience at the University of Cambridge. He has been based in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last 25 years.
Tim brings decades-long experience in client management and executive leadership with several national healthcare companies.
Tim has recently been in executive leadership roles with FrontRunnerHC and XSOLIS where he led the client support, account management, and clinical engagement teams responsible for the satisfaction, growth, and renewal of both provider and payer clients.
He also spent 10 years at UnitedHealth Group (Optum and UnitedHealthcare) in a variety of executive roles including VP of National Accounts.
He also held operations leadership and consulting positions at other respected healthcare companies including GE Healthcare, Cerner, and HealthSouth Rehabilitation (now Encompass Health).
Tim holds an MBA and MSHA from the University of Colorado–Denver, his MSPT is from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Physical Therapy Program in Denver, and his BA in biology is from Capital University.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Tim is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has served as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner. Mueller is member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
