Zac heads up the Business Development & Client Relationships function for our Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical while serving as a high-level consultant focused on commercial excellence.  He is a world-class strategist who has demonstrated leadership capabilities in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry for 35 years. He has produced award-winning results in commercial sales, medical marketing and consulting leadership for Fortune 50 companies such as Abbott, Pfizer and Kimberly Clark; international companies Novartis, Takeda and Daiichi Sankyo, as well as small entrepreneurial start-up companies in pre-commercialization.

Zac’s unique set of strategic and operational consulting capabilities helps our clients in three key domains: Clinical Development & Regulatory, Business Development and Commercialization Strategy.  He has taken clients through FDA new product discovery including, pre-clinical submission, product launches and product lifecycle extension and is introducing clients to generative AI, ML, RWE and MedTech for personalized and precision medicine.

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Zac earned an Executive Master of Business Administration in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Healthcare from the Ervin K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University and a Blue Ocean Strategy Executive Education Certificate from INSEAD.

Dr. Arpitha Parthasarathy is a global leader in strategy, innovation, and investment, with expertise spanning healthcare, environmental business initiatives & technology, AI/ML, and business intelligence.  With over two decades of experience across federal and private sectors, she has pioneered transformative initiatives in biomedical sciences, sustainable ecosystems, and emerging technologies, driving profitability and impact on a global scale.

As VP of Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Strategy & Innovation, Dr. Parthasarathy integrates health economics, AI-driven analytics, and business operations for sustainability to craft high-value investment strategies and corporate growth initiatives.  With an entrepreneurial growth mindset, as a published scientist and a data strategist, she specializes in commercializing breakthrough innovations, scaling up opportunities, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Dr. Parthasarathy's ability to merge science, technology, and business strategypositions her as a catalyst for industry leadership.  With a visionary mindset and a relentless pursuit of innovation, she is curating Jupiter Capital Management’s global footprint and shaping the future of strategic investments.

Operating out of Puerto Rico and Florida, Dr. Parthasarathy holds a PhD and MBA, bringing a global perspective to strategic investments, commercialization, and executive leadership.  Her visionary approach continues to shape the future of healthcare, technology, and sustainable business solutions.

Daniel is a hospital pharmacy operations and management expert focused on applying contemporary management techniques to provide pharmacy system analysis, with a particular interest in developing and implementing strategies for successful compliance with budgetary, federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Daniel has thirty-five years of experience at all levels of the industry--from retail pharmacist in a small community hospital, to a System Director of Pharmacy at a large university teaching hospital, to overseeing the management of hundreds of hospital pharmacies nationwide and successfully positioning and advancing the products and services to meet the dynamic challenges of healthcare at a Fortune Top 20 company.

Daniel's strengths include the building and leadership of strong teams, developing best practices for unique business challenges, achieving financial health and future growth success, with an acute knowledge of supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a mind for proactively combating the challenges of the healthcare sector, and elevating the role of the pharmacy as a strategic asset to the overall success of a health system.

Based in Northern Virginia and Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Daniel holds a BS in Pharmacy from Creighton University and a certificate in Leadership & Management from Boston University.  Daniel is a licensed pharmacist in 12 states.  He is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.

Offering more than 25 years of senior executive leadership, Michael is a seasoned healthcare executive, passionate about delivering high quality, customer-focused healthcare.  He has a unique multidisciplinary background in management, financial analysis, leadership, healthcare construction, and business development.  Michael has been successful in the large health system matrix, along with extensive experience with physician private practice and ambulatory care delivery.  Throughout his career he has excelled at leading teams to improve care and provide the highest quality delivery system for patients.

Michael has achieved superior results in business development, new service initiatives and physician recruitment throughout his career.   As CEO he had accountability and responsibility for operations of a 30-bed surgical specialty hospital (physician-owned), 10 regional clinical locations, PT/rehab, imaging, and home health. During his tenure, OSS Health achieved over 22% growth in top line revenue and double digit increases in key volume parameters (surgeries, patient visits, rehabilitation, and ancillary services).  Most impressive was the initiation and growth of the OSS Health Direct to Employer value-based program, a bundled payment program which exploded from a start-up in 2018 to a $4 million business unit in 2+ years.

Michael prides himself on skills of evaluation and development of business opportunities, successfully leading and coaching management teams, and making a lasting improvement in the organization.  He accomplishes this through matured skills in negotiation, physician relationships, business and process analysis, successful employee engagement, and a focus on patient/customer experience. 

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Michael now resides in the West Palm Beach area.  Michael has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Wilkes University, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, golfing, exercising, and rooting for the Miami Dolphins.

Chris is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive bringing more than 20 years of pharmaceutical operations and business development expertise to Jupiter Capital Management.  Drawing from transactional experiences spanning the breadth of life science verticals, Chris' primary coverage and focus spans the medical device, digital health, and life sciences services segments.

Chris has advised dozens of senior management teams on a variety of complex strategic business development & licensing issues, ranging from transaction process considerations to valuation and transaction structure, value proposition communication and buyer/seller analysis, along with the plethora of managerial challenges faced in executing complex corporate transactions. 

Chris' focus is servicing pharmaceutical industry clients and leading transformation transactions including, but not limited to, funding/financing efforts, drug development plans, commercialization strategies, asset in-licensing and/or out-licensing, expansion of development pipelines, mergers & acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and leading all partnering and licensing efforts within the pharmaceutical healthcare segment.

Prior to joining Jupiter Capital Management, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Business Development at TFF Pharmaceuticals. 

Based in Princeton, New Jersey, Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in business management from Rider University.
