Marie is a veteran of the residential lending and real estate industries, serving in executive roles for a global investment bank, independent mortgage companies, and two publicly traded US real estate brokerage firms.
Her early days as an analyst ultimately lead her to more expansive roles as President, EVP of Sales, and SVP of Operations and Capital Markets.
While her experience spans sales, operations, servicing, and capital markets, Marie’s specialty lies in building new platforms and seeking growth opportunities.
Marie has a passion for community advocacy initiatives focused on financial and homeownership education. She has previously served as Chief Diversity Officer while also engaged in advisory roles for a charitable foundation and several non-profits. Over the last decade, she also volunteers her time as a mentor and career coach to recent grads and early-stage professionals.
Marie is a proud Rutgers University alumna as well as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Based outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Marie enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her 3 kids and extended family.
Eli Miller is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience driving mission-critical development, data center infrastructure, energy infrastructure, telecom infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing projects. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $3.5 billion in high-stakes developments, excelling in all phases of the real estate lifecycle—from feasibility and site selection, to underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, financing, design, and construction.
As Director of Real Estate Development and Construction at Cologix, Eli delivered approximately 500,000 square feet of data centers totaling 195 MW and $1.55 billion in investments across multiple markets. He managed site planning, due diligence, entitlements, utility coordination, and final engineering design, ensuring each project was completed on schedule and within budget.
In his role as Vice President of Development & Construction for Industrial at Scannell Properties, Eli led the successful completion of $500 million of industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities, forging strong partnerships with community stakeholders, federal and state officials, designers, contractors, and institutional investors.
Eli's past roles demand a sophisticated understanding of both the financial and regulatory landscapes, as well as the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively, driving significant value, ensuring the successful execution of high-stakes developments.
Born and raised in Indiana and residing there, Eli holds an MBA from Purdue University, a BS in Construction Engineering from Purdue University, a certificate from Cornell University in real estate investing and entitlements, and a certificate from Indiana University in Executive Leadership. Outside of work, Eli is immersed in travel and adventure with family and friends.
Eli is an avid outdoorsman and adventurer enjoying things like whitewater rafting and flying.
Jim commenced his professional journey in traditional consumer lending, acquiring leads from local businesses such as furniture stores and used car dealerships to facilitate consumer financing. This early experience eradicated any hesitation Jim had towards cold calling, paving the way for a career in sales and business development, backed by an extroverted personality.
Jim carries a robust entrepreneurial spirit, evidenced by ventures into diverse businesses. In the early 2000s, Jim ambitiously established a gas station, a dry cleaning service, and a mortgage company within a year. Though a challenging pace, it unveiled a profound passion for building businesses from scratch.
With a keen interest in trading futures and options, Jim relishes the meticulous analysis and decision-making entailed. Following a downturn in the mortgage industry, Jim jumped back into entrepreneurship, founding 57 Equity to focus on commercial financing.
Now, Jim aspires to assist budding and seasoned entrepreneurs, offering guidance and securing appropriate funding to help them thrive.
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jim enjoys travel, hiking and spending time on the family farm.
