David is a subject matter expert in operations and warehouse automation.  He is a highly accomplished operator and technologist with 30 years of experience in warehouse automation and distribution operations.

With an MBA and extensive experience in automating over 1,000 distribution facilities worldwide, David excels in delivering cost-effective technology and material handling systems using best practices.

He also has direct P&L line management experience, having overseen a network of international distribution centers in North America, China, and Europe.

David’s industry experience covers third-party logistics, retail and wholesale grocery, e-commerce consumer goods distribution, liquor/beer/wine, electronics and manufacturing. 

He was the founder of an award-winning WMS software company, and worked as a senior in-house automation consultant for companies such as Honeywell Intelligrated, MCA Universal Studios, and Bank of America.

Based in Los Angeles, California, David holds a BS in Chemistry from UCLA and an MBA from California State University and is a member CSCMP, IARW, IWLA, and WERC.

John is an technology and operations executive with 30 years’ experience in business development, operations, and technology delivery roles.   He specializes in the use of data and analysis to optimize the process flow for organizations seeking solutions to on the ground problems.

Alongside 'traditional' technology and operations, John has extensive experience within both the renewable and hydrocarbon market sectors, as well as agriculture.  John’s experience within the agriculture vertical extends across all facets of the value chain from commodity origination, transportation, processing, risk management, and food safety.  He has an MBA from the University of South Dakota and is a Lean Sensei. He has worked in leadership roles for start-ups, Private Equity, Global Consulting, and Fortune 100 firms.

Based outside Minneapolis, John takes a practical approach to client engagements. He first acquires a deep understanding of strategy, culture, and objectives.  Once assessed, John enlists the support of sponsors to integrate analytics, process improvement, organizational change management, & financial analysis to drive concrete and lasting results. 

Michael is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and results-driven solutions for government clients and large-scale organizations.  He has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex technological landscapes and drive business growth through strategic planning and implementation.

With 10 years of experience working with Defense agencies, Michael's expertise in data analytics, AI/ML adoption, cybersecurity, compliance, and network management has been refined through high-profile initiatives. 

Before joining the government sector, Michael spent six years at Microsoft Corporation as a senior IT leader driving cloud-first strategies across various business units.

As a seasoned leader, Michael has led delivery teams of up to 40 members delivering complex solutions that meet the needs of his varied client base.  He has delivered over $100 million in cost savings and improved operational efficiency through innovative IT solutions.

Michael's advanced certifications - CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) - reflect his deep understanding of information security principles.

Brad Wells is a distinguished Business Operations and Compliance Operations expert having successfully aligned programs across the US, EMEA and Latin America. 

With an impressive career spanning over 15 years in the financial sector, Brad demonstrated his proficiency by collaborating with both start-ups and multinational financial institutions.  Throughout his career, Brad has occupied senior to VP-level positions in diverse organizations, ranging from start-ups to medium and large enterprises within the blockchain, Web 3, and financial industries. 

Brad's skill set encompasses project management, program management and advisory services. His ability to deliver compelling C-suite and board level presentations has directly impacted decision making.

Brad has a wealth of experience in evaluating business operations, processes, and internal controls, with a specific focus on scalable operations.   His expertise extends to financial, operational, IT, compliance operations, and risk management, including functions in due diligence and post-M&A initiatives.
